i am turning 50 in the fall and i know that when Disco came out only the really popular cliques were into it, the more laid back, don’t-give-a-**** were more into classic rock. Whatever songs you decide on be sure that they are from her school days, you know, late 70’s, early 80’s, no disco though unless she was into that. she’s not really picky but i want to make it good. but i need a background song for the vid. Hey,First off – Happy birthday!!Thats great your managing the music, such a fun thing to do :D.Well i think you should have a mixture.Get some classics in there like:Robbie Williams, Cindi Lauper, Britney Spears, Billy Ray Cyrus, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Queen, Dionne Warwick, The Beatles, The Beach Boys and Abba etc.And then mix it up with some new people like:Taylor Swift, Paloma Faith, Scissor Sisters, Shakira, Nelly Furtado, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, The Hoosiers, Gwen Stefani, Maroon 5, Girls Aloud, Dido, Corrine Bailey Rae, and so forth.I think you get what kind of track im on!!Its great to have a variety.Hope i helped 🙂Ĭan you give me another song aside from the usual happy birthday song? it’s my mom’s 50th birthday and i’m making her a vid with 50 greetings from friends and family. 😀 What kind of music should I play? Some old songs and some new ones? Please give some old songs and the artists who sung them. (Including me! 😀 )I told my mum I want to manage the music. And there are a lot of October birthday celebrants in the family. What music should be played in a birthday celebration for my grandmum, me, my uncles, and my aunt? We’ll be celebrating the people who have birthdays on the month of October in our Filipino family. You could play a you tube video of someone singing it. Whats a fun and creative way to say happy birthday ? Well my friends birthday is coming up (were kinda more then friends) and I need a good idea of saying happy birthday over the phone.I wanna also make her the way she’s turning 16. sometimes we celebrate someone’s birthday but most times we don’t.this year we only celebrated 2 people, one cause she was turing 30 and the other was our boss’s birthday with a cake and card.everyone else just gets a happy birthday and sometimes someone will bring in bagles or donuts, usually the birthday person does it. We do one birthday party each month with a card for each birthday person and ne great big cake with everyone’s name A card is passed around & everyone signs it.You could get the person a gift card to Target or a local lunch spot. The b-day person’s desk is decorated with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner. Individuals are welcomed to get anyone’s gift if desired. This is done after the quarterly department meeting. We collect a fund and purchase breakfast foods. Otherwise, when we stay in the office and celebrate each quarter that’s groups birthdays. We go to a restaurant and get the special room that’s only for the department head. We would like to know what you guy do to celebrate your birthdays. We still do the cake, but we are trying to come up with something else. How does your company/office celebrate birthday’s? In my office we used to sing Stevie Wonders song “Happy Birthday”, and the person who’s birthday was last get’s the cake for the birthday person. See and download Stevie Wonder: Happy Birthday sheet music I am already using Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World” and Stevie Wonder’s “Happy Birthday” and “Isn’t She Lovely”. Can anyone give me song ideas to put on her video? She doesn’t like country music and I want to find some songs that are more current (2005 -2011) and that she and her friends would recognize.
